I just received my first phone bill through US West and the total number of calls was 39, from Feb. 2, to Mar 7, totalling $294.00 This is a big rip-off. I have paid out over $2000 in 1999 alone for telephone bills, which as a taxpayor & homeowner I am already being taxed too much and because of my association within the penal system, I am being victimized by them.
