There are thieves and criminals given a license to steal from US consumers. How can FCC, local and statement government allow felons to operate with impunity.
The government need to shut down these con artists in their earliest convenient moment.
Not only these people bill consumers for the calls they did not make. They also refuse to give credits refund after giving promises. These are the crooks running around hitting on unsuspecting consumers. The government need to impose fines so severe that these people have second thoughts before victimize their next innocent consumers.
