I purchased products from Mr. Walter's store and made payment by paypal in October. Since I am located in Germany, Mr Walter then said that he required $15,00 payment for international shipping. As before, I made the payment via paypal and sent him proof of payment. He then disappeared for a few weeks. When he finally resurfaced after I sent emails to inquire about my order, he apologised and said he would put the order in the mail. Again, there was a long silence followed by emails from me and he had more excuses and still had not put my order in the mail. I then contacted the paypal dispute resolution centre to get my money back. I was able to get the payment for the order which was $19.00 but Mr. Walter never paid back the amount that i had deposited towards shipping ($15.00). He has recently come back yet again claiming that he could not deliver the goods for this or other reason. I really dont care what his excuses are. I just want my $15.00 back.
I have never seen a supplier treat a customer with such disrespect and continue to LIE.
If Mr Walter is overwhelmed by business, perhaps he should leave it to more competent business people.
