The owner of this company does not provide the services as described on the company website. Once a client has paid for one service, Kimberly Jessy begins to sell more services at various prices. The first service is the New York Times Bestsellers program. Kimberly Jessy claims her company can prepare an author to become a New York Times Best Seller. She claims she has published several books; but once it was discovered to be untrue, several clients left the program and requested refunds. When clients cancel services, Kimberly Jessy and her attorney, Chloe Beniot start sending threatening and harassing emails stating they are going to ruin the reputations of those clients. Chloe Benoit has been reporting to the California State Bar Association for fraudulently posing as an attorney. Additionally, Kimberly Jessy has sent many threatening text messages and emails as well as posted defaming Facebook posts.
