Wideopenwest service doesn't work as advertised. Problems never get fixed

Have had problems ever sinced I switched to their service Constant problems. Numerous calls over the years and problems never fixed. They even offered PPV coupons to compensate and then sent expired ones. Long waits on phone to tech support (2 hours).
