Ripoff Placed an order in Sept by check for 149.95 didn't receive product

On sep 1st, I placed an order for a camcorder by check #4336 for the amount of $149.95 I haven't received the product yet and tried to call and telephone has been diconnected. What can I do to get my money back, if anything.
