Between March to October an average of 100 employees have been forcefully terminated or voluntary left the organization, due to dire working conditions and/or unethical business practices. Romar holds an average employee roster of 50 employees. Positions and titles of the former employees range from administrative to management.

The Romar Group, Inc. Has engaged in several questionable business practices. These include; 1. Requesting employees buy retail items, cutting labels and replacing them with Romar labels to present as samples to potential clients. 2. Issuing NSF payroll and expense checks to current and terminated employees. 3. Failure to pay employees on their scheduled payday. 4. Issuing checks to document payments to employees that were never received by the employee. 5. Failure to pay warehouse invoices, resulting in complete lockout from existing stock.
