I was at Wallmart this afternoon on Black Friday and had a hard time getting a rde on cart to use. I first went to one door and looked there but there was none and an employee said to check at the other door for a ride on. I went to the other side (IT is a Superstore). The other side had 4 lined up in a row but one of them worked I went on the other side of the wall and found one that worked. Finaally the greeter came over to me to put the plug in its place and I told her 4 carts (ride ons) are not working; she said to tell the manager because it has been reported. Why? This was at Bruce b downs Blvd.in New Tampa Florida
