I obtained a notice declaring that I'd gained a lumpsum of money actually providing a me a money bill quantity of E35620405354859. It certifies that I've gained this cash which there's a full page they need me to come back with my signature.

I had been really but still am suspicious simply because they need me to deliver a $20.00 handling charge to be able to understand this income cash.

I simply wished to make certain if this can be a fraud or not.
