I ordered and paid for furniture several months ago that was to be delivered in 6 wks. The furniture was never delivered. My husband called several times to inquire about deliver and was given numerous excuses. After he told them we wanted to cancel the order and have our money refunded, they said they would deliver in 1wk. They called on 12-12-08 to say they would deliver on 12-13-08 btwn 11 am and 3pm. On 12-13-08 about 11:30 am. LAWRENCE KING called to say one piece of furniture was damaged and could not be delivered. I asked him to remove that piece from the order and refund that portion of money. He said he couldn't do that. Then I told him I wanted to cancel the entire order. He said fine, but I can't get my money back because I signed the contract more than 3 days. Amazing, they failed to deliver in 6 weeks and I can't get my money back because the contract was signed more than 3 days. Doesn't this sound like a scam?
