Paid 97.00 and received nothing, and the website is gone

This company took my money and I never received anything for the 97.00 I spent. I called customer service several times and all I got was Keith, Eric, and Ms Pattie, and Maurice kept directing me to things that didn't work. The EHome id #8882010028. This is 2016 and now the site cannot be found.
