Jill Dale not only has issues working with others, but also, tries to do anything within her power to not pay for services rendered.in addition to this, she wheels herself around as if she's some kind of do-gooder for a charity, when in essence, all she's does is attempt to come up with every excuse in the book for why her "bank accounts" require her to issue out of state checks, which subsequently bounced. It's obvious from dealing with her that not only is her character mean spirited and ugly, but she is crafty in coming up with her "justified" reasons for not paying her bill (s).
