FTC is creating a case and trying to investigate to move for criminal trial/case. All assets of the company are being looked at which will help make a decision if and how much distributors will get back. Our lawyer is writng to FTC to say he represents us with this case so that our name, address etc. Are on file with them. AED's president's brother was banned from owning/operating any business.interesting??!!!?? I would be interested to hear what some of the U Tech employees have to say.
