I bought 2 VIP box seat tickets to Radiohead concert at almost $200 each (not including almost $100 in fees). Ticketliquidator adverstised these tickets as having all the VIP amenities like padded seats and In Seat Service. There was no InSeat Service at all and the just metal chairs placed in box. I contacted them about it and they did nothing but refund a service charge of $36 a ticket. If not for the service why would anyone spend $ on VIP tickets?! I followed up with venue who confirmed that there was no InSeat Service that night at the bands' request and that the box seat owner was notified months in advance of this. Despite the obvious false advertisement Ticket Liquidator basically said tough luck that the $36 service fee refund was more than enough to cover any lack in service. They told me to take it up with the seller who will also not reimburse anything on these tickets. They are a shoddy, dishonest company and their customer service rep Molly Duncan is rude.
