The only problem is according to the state of CA, corp search she is not, not in her business name, not in her real name. Then there is a little problem with her doing all the trademark characters. Lets see there is sponge bob, spiderman, batman, snow white, just to name a few. Yes, Kris Cole, you are not suspost to do these characters, they are trademarked. This is probably why you can not find her town, her address, my guess is santa cruz. Even her phone numbers can not be traced. Then there is the question of her hiring all these people on her site. How can you go to work for a company that hides were they are, looks like underground economy to me, YES, IT DOES. How can you make a legal contract with someone you can not trace.
