Bait and Switch at it's best! The Company advertises tickets for others to reseal. Song Entertainment 3 the actual seller, a "reputable" seller through TicketNetwork, placed 3 tickets for sale to the Belmont Stakes. Tickets were purchased for the event, Belmont Stakes at an inflated but reasonable rate. There was no response to multiple emails regarding the purchase, there was no answer to phone calls and the website listed by seller was bogus. I contacted customer service due to the lack of communication and I was told that the transaction was pending, possibly due to lack of billing verification of purchaser. They asked that I allow 24 more hours for contact to be made. 24 hours later i was contacted saying that the tickets were no longer available. That is quite a coincidence that occurred simultaneously with the tickets becoming more valuable due to the chance of the triple crown being achieved. What an incredible rip off!!! Don't adversitise things that are not available and if you want more money for the product - advertise that amount. The thought that the purchase was made kept us from purchasing tickets that were available through the ticket office and that are now sold out and only available for extremely elevated prices through more second hand vendors. TicketNetwork and Song Entertainment 3 you definitely win the crown for being the most dishonest and most worthless jewel of all.
