Jason Safford has been an incredible person in my life for more than 15 years. He has been my employer, business partner, advisor and supportive colleague as I have developed my personal business and professional life.
As an employer, I witnessed Jason undertake enormous responsibility and make every assurance that his employees were paid and the job was done right. He was always inquiring with customers and clients about the quality of service and the level of satisfaction they enjoyed. He would constantly report to us as employees about the positive and negative comments and use them as proactive milestones for the company to improve.
Jason became my business partner in 2008 when he invited me to work as a coach and trainer for his Festival and Event business. During this period, Jason was amazing in finding innovative ways for us to attract customers, involve them in new services and products and get all of us to see the future as a bright possibility for new ways to work and enjoy our lives. Jason always backed everyone up and made sure we all had his support once a decision was made.
As an advisor and colleague, Jason has been one of the most positive people in my life and has demonstrated the highest level of integrity. He has helped me in personal and professional situations to get through tough times and he has been there to celebrate my smallest success. He continues to believe in me when my doubts are overwhelming and is undeniably the strongest force in pushing me towards my goals.
I am an incredibly fortunate person to know Jason Safford and better for his influence in my life.
