Ordered the entire coach dvd series. Said brand new. Half the dvd's don't work at all, and they were all clearly taped off of tv, as the bottom of the screen says "TNT" network, and during the show, scrolls will come up about upcoming shows or movies coming on the channel later in the week. Very disappointed, and cannot get through to them. Want my money back, clearly a scam!!
