Illegal Poker Games at night, with the cards set up to cheat people out of money

I was caught in this scam. They have illegal poker games going on at night where the guys running it have the dealers set up the cards where some players will lose a lot of money. It's run by Marco Derhy, Dave Myers, and a guy named Andy. I can't imagine THE Network is not involved somehow.
