Refusal to accept responsible. Also insulting to customers

I ordered two (2) video games and I was informed that they would arrive Mar 1. Well, Mar 1 came and went.

I contacted the USPS (I am a retired postal employee), the postal system said that they were delivered on Feb 26, untrue. But, the postal service is known for mistake

I contacted jjgames, basically I was called a liar and on my own to correct their incompetence.

It is the shipper's responsibility to make sure the customer gets their order.

Order from this organisation only if you can afford to lose money.
