Use extreme caution when entering into any "agreement" with Jack Stein as he is very deceptive. Jack Stein dba JNS Entertainment produced the musical Merry-Go-Round and entered into a "corporate partnership" with our client to help with the financing.
Since that time there has been little to no communication from Jack Stein and what communication has been facilitated turned out to be lies and empty promises. Needless to say he is still hiding from his financial obligation here with no apparent plans of ever paying. Seems to be a scam thus far.
