I requested a box-set of DVD (Rurouni Kenshin) on 9/7/09. Our bank card removed my lender on 9/9/09. I've not obtained my DVDis or heard from their website. I've attempted to get hold of them by email and phone. The phone number fails plus they do not react to my emails. I've requested from their website before and obtained my purchase in a regular way, and so I am really unhappy.
