Ruth Cohen the owner of Pillow Talk and has gone through a number of employees because she does not live up to her obligations as an employer. She has refused to send me a copy of my W2 for 2007 and 2006 so that I was not able to get a correct refund for taxes I overpaid. It is illegal for employers not to send employee as well as IRS copies of the W2 to show earnings and taxes paid. I do not believe that I am the only employee with this issue and heard 2 others talking about the same issue.
I am on the line with the IRS to see how I can get the W2's that I have the legal right to receive and what recourse I have to do so.
