Access World Talent Denver
Access World Talent Denve

So, I wish I had known about the Access World Talent Scams before.

I was "scouted" on campus by on of their people, Dean. He said I had a "unique" look, and sweet talked me. He was cute, and the charmer so I went for it. He gave me their card, and I gave him my number. I think he knew I was hesitant, because he asked if I had a boyfriend and if not he might have to "give me a call". Yeah, RIGHT!

It wasn't 30 minutes later until I got a call from the office in Downtown Denver. They wanted to meet me "right away" because Dean said I had "a lot of potential."

I went to the office, and I should have known right off the bat it was a scam. I forgot the womans name, but she was busy talking to another hopeful. I later discovered she told me the exact same thing she told the other girl.

She told me I had a lot of potential, and could see me getting a lot of jobs blah, blah, blah. Towards the end, when I said I didn't have any money she said we could work things out. I really didn't want to but she persuaded into me giving her my debit card number. She said they'd only take 100 out and would wait for me to contact them to let them know when to take out the rest. She reassured me that I would be making money in no time.

Because I didn't give her permission to take the whole amount needed out, she couldn't give me an "ID number" which would give me access to create a password and profile on their website. (which is how you supposedly get found).

Well, that was in about March. It is September now. I told them I couldn't afford it, and I didn't want them to take out any more of my money.

I've contacted the Dallas office to find out what to do. I've faxed them telling them I didn't want to be a "member" any longer. And what do you know, they keep taking $25 dollars from my account each month. I have tried calling and get the same story. To fax them blah blah blah. I've written Jane, too. But, still my money is being taken from me. I don't know what else to do.

This is a scam. People, please don't fall for it the way I did.
