I placed an order for carrey morris to create me a web site for my gospel music site. I agreed to the terms and paid as requested, total amount paid $900.00 mr. Morris began working on the site and emailed me various things to approve and as well obtain my thoughts for my site. All the work done by mr. Carey morris (a preacher) in troy tn i did not approve of. The last home page mr. Morris did for me was no not what i wanted after 2 months of trying i just felt like it was time to get the site up and i advised mr. Carey in en email to just do what he wanted and to make the site live. After paying my 900$ and of course him keeping my money he sends me and email advising me that he could not help me and that he it better i move on, which was not a problem.
I ask and demanded a refund of my money as i did not fire him i would have continued paying him in full as he worked on the site, for serves not rendered and he declared no refund.
I have filed complaints with all federal/local goverment agencies including the tn attorney general, i paid the man to do a site and would have continued paying until i was pleased and he just quits leaving me with no site and keeping my 900$ i have to date hired an attorney and will purse legal actions for fraud, what ever charges that can be brought against him. No one shouod have to go through this especially with a preacher man to get a refund.
