Whom ever this may concern: Im a local party promoter that just recently did business with the 40/40 club A.C. Which is owned by hiphop rapper Shawn'Jay-z Carter and Desiree Perez. Both parties meaning myself and the club agreed to and signed contract which was breached by the club, neglecting to pay out thousands of dollars which was owed to my buisiness partner and myself. The secruity staff at the club that night was very threatning and over aggreesive with myself and others. We were locked out a room which where all the monies should have been counted by both present parties.instead they chose to leave us out in the hallway office and rip us off! Ive done some recent history on the club and they have numerous law suites pending for unlawful acts. If you can help me expose this club for unlawful business acts maybe some justice can be done.
