Do not use them! They are rude rude rude! They are a business that works with children & you would think they would make a parents experience a nice one but they do the OPPOSITE. I had simply called to get some information on their party characters for hire.
The man was completely rude by constantly interrupting by 2 questions by shouting, "LET ME FINISH! LET ME FINISH!" He was so concerned about copyright infrindgement that he abrasivley stated, " WE DO NOT HAVE CERTAIN CHARCATERS! WHAT DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND!" Being the non-confrentational person I am, I simply continued to tolerate his rudeness (all for the sake of my child's party)
I asked if they served my area in southern california he shouted, "TELL ME WHAT CITY & I WILL TELL YOU!" I answered he said "NEVER HEARD OF IT SO THE ANSWER IS NO!" and hung up on me! I have a hard time believing they could make any family's party an enjoyable one.
