If you redeem some of your ppoints for gift cards such as Best Buy, they will definitely send it to you but it will be in US funds and you won't be able to use it at the store. Consequently when I contacted points.com and asked why they would send me a US card when I live in Canada and what they could do to fix the problem. They disconected me and said all sales are final. I just lost thousands of hard earned points and will never deal with them again. They treated me very poorly and did not even offer to send the card back and they would reimburse my account. Nothing!!! Don't get caught in this trap!!!
