I entered into a written agreement with Clarence Neely the Executive Director of 21st Century Communications, in February. For a large cash investment he promised me 25% of the profit for all events that 21st Century Communications did in 2008. At the time Clarence said that he had several events coming in the next few months, the most profitable of which would be the Tony Hawk Boom Boom Huck Jam. He said that off of the Tony Hawk event alone I could recoup my initial investment. The Tony Hawk Boom Boom Huck Jam was to take place in July. But that I would get a percent of sponsorship money that came in as early as April. He said he had, a 50 Cent concert, a Dannity Kane concert, A 106 and Park hosted event in Norfolk and other events this year.
In short, Clarence and 21st Century Communications is a total fraud. As of October they have not put on one show. The Tony Hawk event was never his
it belong to Live Nation. He puts out fake flyers to make it appear as if a show (as he did with 50Cent) is going to happen but thats just a part of the plot.
Clarence Neely comes in many incarnations. Some of which is Demo Magazine, Miami Seven Events, 21st Century Communications. All of which he uses interchangeably to decieve.
I have come to find out that he has recieved money from many people promising to do shows and never puts on a show, then blames it on the artist
or some other circumstance. But he never returns the investors money. Or he gives you $1000 here and $500 there as if that is supposed to appease you when your investment may have been 30,40 or 50 thousand.
Clarence changes his phone numbers on a yearly basis so he cannot be reached or when he no longer can take the calls of mad investors.
Stay away from Clarence Neely. He is a 100% Charlatan.
Stay away from 21st Century Communications
Stay away from Miami Seven Events.
Stay away from DEMO Magazine.
He does not respect his own signature or any deeds of contract. He would take money from his mothers funeral fund.
