On Friday 7/23/08, at 7:10 P.M. I bought a solution for that 7:30 P.M. Displaying of the Dark Knight in the AMC Southfield Theatre. Midway through the film the security alarm seemed and customers were educated to leave the building via the closest exit. the planet problems are extremely severe and harmful and that I didn't remain around using the group to be always a target of some terrorist action. I delivered towards the AMC Southfield, Mi. Theater at roughly 4:30 P.M. On Thursday August 7, and went straight to the theater support desk. I talked with a couple in the support desk. One was a bright male title John along with a bright woman, who did all of the talking. I requested on her title and he or she mentioned "I actually donot need to provide that info". I told them that I had been among the moviegoers that removed the theater on 7/23/08. I required a visitor move for that Dim Knight. there have been less than a hundred automobiles within the theater parking lot. The female supervisor/superviosr informed me they could just recognize seats which were used within two-week of 7/23/08. I told them that I had been unaware of times body where a solution needed to be redeemed. I really could not realize why my demand couldn't be recognized whilst the Dark Knight was nevertheless showing. The boss/director John stated that I really could have acquired my solution by devious means. They both declined to recognize my request a visitor move to an almost vacant theatre. I had been insulted by their rejection and insults. To make things worse on Monday September 11, I Called AMC Guest Service Corporate Hotline and created a spoken complaint. The support consultant got my criticism and recommended me that somebody from administration might contact me. That contact never happened. On Monday August 18, I named the organization gusest support again to ask why no body created connection with me and was recommended that somebody from administration might contact me.By July 23, no body from AMC Theater has approached me to solve my issues.

It seems the only means I'll begin to see the Dark Knight would be to visit another theatre. I question that I'll actually patronize AMC Cinemas later on.

I'll follow-up having a notice towards the AMC Corporate Office.
