Ticketmaster in Kansas City, Missouri, automatically signs you up for something called Entertainment Rewards when you buy tickets from their website using a credit card. You are specifically asked if you want to sign up, and I answered NO!!!
However, I am now being charged $9.00 a month on my credit card, and I cannot find a way to stop it. I have no idea what "Entertainment Rewards" is, and I am certainly not benefiting from it in any way. This is a scam. Does anyone know how to make it stop?
