After trying to subscribe fraud warning was issued, promised no debit, debit occured anyway? Internet

I was attemting to join the site when a fraud warning from the company was posted.

The company assured me that no charges would occur and offered me credit to their company, which I declined.

I recieved a notice from my bank that my balance was overdrawn and several penalties had occured since I had been gone from Dec. 18-Jan 2 to Texas.

I reviewed my account and found $109.89 had been deducted by webcam.com and had caused $140.00 in fees.

I feel that a total of $249.89 is owed to me as a result of this fraud
