I pade to download music and videos and I could have gotten them free somewhere else but didn't know at the time I sign up

I join this company to get music and video for a price and later I found out I could have gotten the same things free from somewhere else. I wanted my money back and they gave me more free time until I could get a refund but I never got a refund.
