I ordered 2 DVD's at the beginning of Dec and was charged the next day. After countless e-mails just trying to get some type of response from this company that the items shipped, I finally received the package around the 2nd week of Jan. 2007.
When the package was received, it was noted by the Post Office that the package was empty. I notified the company and they told me they would send out a replacement. Once they sent out another set, they took it upon themselves to charge me a second time, (full price), for the item I had already paid for.
When I wrote them and asked them what the problem was, they told me that is was not their problem and nothing they would do.
