This company not only rips off fans but charges high ticket prices and is beligerant and rude to consumers ripoff

GSG Entertainment is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Not only do they treat their customers like they are second rate, but they rip off fans of both their websites moodybluestoday.com and duranduranmusic.com. It is run by one person and their so called Customer Service is clearly unsatisfactory. There are four other women in the office, but they obey instructions from the owner Jim Hoffman and are like robots.

They never respond to emails or phone calls except when they feel like it and only deal with the customer if they sign up on the website or if they buy their ticket packages for more money than the actual face value cost of the ticket. It is not worth the $35 that you pay for because of the pre-sale ticket scams and fans get last row seats and not the seats requested. There are no refunds or exchanges if you purchase a ticket package and I feel fans are booted off their websites if they don't buy anything.

That's the case I feel happened to me. I never bought anything from them other than the membership because their ticket packages were too high and I was a member of MoodyBluesToday.com and I was badly mistreated by the staff because they claim it was my conduct on the message boards.

It's a rip off because that's all the fans really pay for, are the use of the message forums which are not very well run or controlled; and the company does not really deliver what they promise. The contests are fake and misleading and there are very limited ticket packages that probably go to all of GSG Employees and not to the fans.

But what really happened was I got into an altercation with one of the fans on the boards, and the management wrongly accused me of being a stalker when I have done nothing wrong. I am not a stalker and don't like being accused or called that to my face. I still want justice for this and I want to be able to gain access to the band since I'm a journalist and the lead singer knows who I am since I interviewed him twice before and likes me.

But unfortunately I feel he is unaware of all the corruption and mismanagement and animosity that surrounds the band and something should be done about this before this company and the management of The Moody Blues ruins not only my reputation but others like the press and fans alike and the abuse needs to be stopped immediately. If it isn't stopped, the band will lose fans, their legacy, and their longstanding 40 year reputation.

I don't want to see that happen and that's why I feel they have to stop using bad management and a company like GSG Entertainment who are discourteous, rude, notorious, belligerent and nasty to fans and don't bother to take calls and the owner is hardly ever there to answer questions, emails or phone calls promptly when customers call and they are very disorganized. There are never refunds or exchanges if you purchase a ticket package and they boot you off the site if you sell it. This is considered illegal.

They are not professional and don't have a 1-800 number like other professionally run websites and not enough customer service reps to answer the phone. That's not the way it should run. It should have more than one rep and an 800 number. I thought it was really unfair that they booted me off the site, claimed that they gave me a refund when I didn't ask for it but didn't get the refund anyway, and accused me for my so called wrongful conduct on the forums.

All I did was provide my honest opinion that I didn't like someone and the website and they complained about it and booted me off which I didn't think was fair because my conduct wasn't what they thought. I strongly feel this company should be investigated and their sites should shut down.
