I started receiving payment notices from this company. I cannot find an address for them in the US. From their web-site, it appears they are in England. I know it is the same company that I have listed here because of the logo.
We received an Excel spreadsheet from a friend that had pictures of movie clips and you had to try to guess the name of the movie. We never went to the internet for help. This company MovieLand added something on my computer that same day. There must have been a link in the Excel spreadsheet. We did not sign up for anything.
When I go to there web-site there is a place where you can check certain boxes. They all say something about making these payment notices stop. Funny that is all they ask until the bottom one or two says "make a payment." I sent them an email telling them to take this off my system and then a box pops up that says I can delete these notices for free! But can you no. They say I can stop the notices for $20. Biggest rip-off I have ever seen. How can I stop this notice. I cannot even click out of it. It says on my computer constantly. Help!
