Keller Williams Westlake Village
Agent Ignored Inspection Issues and Stopped Answering Calls

Real Estate Blane 0

My husband and I bought a house from Keller Williams Westlake Village and it was a big fraud! We worked with the realtors provided by company in different places. In the beginning he was very helpful and showed us all the details of the house. After we finalized on one of the houses and placed an ...

Leasing Office Gave Unfurnished Unit and Blocked My Sublease

Real Estate Lauren Kallabat 0

I have literally had the worst experience with The Lodges, which is ironic considering that I have not even moved in. I rented from them years ago and had to pay to get out of my lease even though it was because parts of my roof kept falling in from leaks. They never would fix it. Years later I dated an employee of the company. They talked bad about Mexicans, Blacks, and Muslims. Their HR posts anti-Muslim posts, ...

8500 Harwood Luxury Apartments
Charged re-letting fee and prorated rent after early key return

Real Estate Robert Perry 0

Do not rent from 8500 Harwood. I leased an apartment last spring. Moved in and no problems. Got engaged and got married mid April. I gave my 60 days notice March first as my lease was up May 1. I had scheduled to have a local Women's shelter pick up a lot of furniture and kitchen goods on 4-29. ...
