I requested a flat in-May towards the Biltmore Apartments at 6207 Melody Lane. I had been proven the “Model” condo also it was absolutely beautiful. I place a $250.00 deposit about the condo in those days and was billed a $45.00 app charge. I had been designed to relocate on July 1st. I had been never proven the condo that I had been to maneuver. Today I understand why. After spending the lease, I had been informed they didn't possess the secrets since preservation had them-and was to return in about 2 hours. I eventually obtained my secrets about the 30th of July. No body strolled the condo with me, but a buddy of mine. Whenever we joined the condo (3318), it was about 110 degrees inside it. A man was on the top repairing the AC and mentioned he had a need to obtain a engine from another roof. He set the atmosphere briefly. After strolling in to the condo to examine it myself, cockroaches were everywhere, even yet in the fridge, dishwasher, in most of the door handles, dark cockroach feces was within the within the rug with invasion. Several large and little cockroaches everywhere. I subsequently returned towards the workplace and informed them that I had been likely to proceed and obtain some cockroach spray which I needed them to place this condo along for extermination everytime exterminators found the home. Well, later that night at night, me and some of my buddies returned towards the condo to perhaps sweep-up these “dead” cockroaches. Well lo and see, the cockroaches were moving out the leading door after I joined, moving all around the whole condo. It was really traumatizing in my experience since I currently had room to reside since I had been not likely to transfer to a cockroach infested home. On that Friday after (2nd of September), I went back towards the workplace in the Biltmore and required my cash back. I had been provided my money-back less my application charge. I'd prefer to have that back since the previous condo that I had been residing in mentioned they never noticed in the Biltmore to obtain my previous tenant documents. I spoke to Lee Harris, District Supervisor within the Biltmore flats on Friday, the 13th of July. She mentioned that she's at that home atleast three times per week. After requesting her does she wander her home, she mentioned that she does. I don’t think her since if she was in her proper brain, she'd realize that this location has water damage and tons and a lot of cockroaches. I enjoy you hearing me and please both bull-doze them along or create these folks worry about people like me who simply needs a pleasant spot to reside.
