The corporation is terrible!!! Steer clear. We were fooled into buying more points and switching our week of holiday into factors. They've lied to us right from the start! Informed us we're able to utilize our factors for routes, resorts, auto rentals. Etc... Arrive at discover you've to guide anything in January for the whole year (they didn't reveal these details whenever we bought more factors) It's July and we're unable to utilize points for-anything but a complete week of holiday. Customer support is terrible and we talked to three distinct people about trading our factors plus they all informed us completely different issues! They have to have greater instruction and obtain their details directly! Maintenance costs are incredibly large & most of the hotels require significant change! Not worth the cash!
