I Provided a certified dated copy of my deed proof of identity and offered CASH on the spot Mastercard Visa Discover Debit they cant do that. When it sounds to good to be true believe that it is research it they want liens on your property and insurance policies stating Blue World Pools as beneficiary for a $400 pool. When you contact reputable pool installers as i did locally they do the ground work and set up and only require proof of ownership and no liens just pay the extra $1500 an enjoy the pool without the hassle's of being scammed. Who knows what there purpose is and my attorney said do not go with these folks they want your property. The investment into my home is my greatest investment and my owning it is my accomplishment and a cheap pool that i offered to pay up front for is not worth the risk. Others finance as well and you would be supporting local businesses.
