Signed a neuter contact on an English Bulldog puppy I sold him in 2010. I have requested verification of this neuter and he says he hasn't neutered the dog because, "he is broke, and doesn't have the money." He also fraudulently registered the dog with full AKC registration. Once I called AKC and faxed them the contract, they at that point limited the dogs papers. We are still pursuing this in small claims court, will post result on the internet.
