1. Unprofessional home management by Pam Dailey. We were not able to obtain a your hands on anybody within the practices for 3 times before we could process-our one month written notice. While Ms. Dailey ultimately did contact us back her attitude and perspective was unprofessional and hung-up on-US. We obtained a text at 2 am recognizing the truth that she did actually obtain double the quantity of rent owed. No inspections were banked.
2. The next evening she turned up about the home to provide us our lease check back. I place an end pay order towards the lease look for Feb. 2012. I'll not cope with Pam Dailey anymore with company towards the home. I'm scared that I'll not get a reasonable procedure using the safety deposit of 800.00.
3. I'm ready to spend the lease owed of 1225.00 and intend on utilizing certified email to Curtis Home.
4. Any aid or assistance within our shifting move could be greatly valued once we have noticed different clients being mistreated when it comes to this.
