My horrible experience with Appliancesconnection.com started with them taking a full week to "process" my order instead of hte "24-48" business hours stated on their website. After more than a week of my order the dishwasher was shipped. I was told that my shipment would arrive on 7/28 between 11am-5pm. Due to this big time window, I took a whole day off work to accept delivery. I was supposed to get a 30-60 min heads up phone call by the driver before he arrived. It is now 6pm, no phone call, nothing. I took a whole day off work and the driver is a no show, and there is no online tracking with the crappy A&B shipping company this website uses. Horrendous experience. I will make my bad experience very well known online so others can stay away from this website and this shipper.
