Today I had my home flooring estimate with "Al" and I couldn't be happier! He was so helpful, knowledgable, and professional. He seemed to genuinely care about my needs and my home. I did not feel like just any other customer and I felt surprisingly comfortable making such a big decision. I decided to re-floor my entire home and I am very excited to see the final product.
