I delivered my insurance check to Provident nearly 3 months before, overnight shipping. I've not obtained my check back, or any reputation from their website. Because the check is for top restoration and that I reside in Minnesota, it is greater than a small very important to get my top completed before anymore snow drops. I have also had problems previously attempting to alter my cost deadline. I needed to alter the day in the 1st towards the 15th but I had been informed I really couldnot get it done on the professional mortgage. Since I have reside in just one home, I told them repeatedly it had beennot a professional loan but a residential mortgage. They declined to assist me, requiring it had been industrial, not residential. Fundamentally, Provident has ZERO customer support and that I have no idea why they are still running a business.
