On another note…when I needed to protest to some supervisor, Provident Money wouldn't I would like to talk to one. They stated their supervisors do not talk to clients, even when it's a criticism. It is humorous the supervisors do not need to know of any issues inside their organization. I worked to get a larger organization than Provident Money. And also the supervisors talked to clients, if there have been conflicting issues that survived for weeks.
