Hard sell strategy by organization 'henchmen' occasionally brings a poor style in homeowners' mouth.

Maintained getting telephone calls from Silverleaf Holidays in Irving (?), TX, looking to get my spouse and that I out to get a 'free' remain in The Towns Resort near Tyler, Texas. Held telling the telemarketer (s) that people did not 'require' any update about Silverleaf because we'd been together since 1997. Evidently, I had been incorrect since the telemarketer (s) kept insisting (and calling back that people 'required' the update.

1. This past year (Jan) we finished paperwork with Allison Mowery at Mom Lake Resort to market our 'Hotel' week at Holiday Hills Resort (Branson, MO) and purchase a 'Presidential' week at Beach Resort (Galveston, TX). After coping with her about sending the paperwork to the four grown kids (who have been about the action)—2 existed in Co, 1 existed in Illinois, and 1 existed in Malaysia—we obtained a notice from Silverleaf informing us the 'offer' had been terminated because we'dnot switched within our finished paperwork. Remarkably, we could not contact Allison Mowery at Mom River, despite departing many communications on her to contact us. We attempted to get hold of her because we'd been coping with her concerning the proper method to deliver email to an APO and he or she previously understood the issues SHE'D been experiencing looking to get the paperwork shipped and authorized and delivered to her.

2. Main point here is the fact that we 'dropped' our Presidential week. However, we truly weren't certain about our prior 'Hotel' week at Holiday Hills Resort in Branson, MO.

3. We returned to Mom River and attempted to talk to Operator Providers... And began 'new' paperwork for another Presidential at Galveston. Allison was there, but she essentially attributed 'Corporate' for that termination and paperwork screw up (her words). Therefore, again, we began using the paperwork that Allison would email to all our kids, obtaining them to signal the 'launch of action' for Vacation Slopes and signing paperwork for that 'new' agreement for Galveston. Suffice it to express that it got my spouse to contact right down to Corporate and requesting their aid... We created 2 or 3 individual excursions for their Texas area AND LASTLY got all of the paperwork completed (NOTE: We ultimately needed to deliver copies of paperwork OURSELVES and had our children indication and notarize them-and deliver them back again to us so we're able to gather them-and consider them to Corporate.

4.in March we visited The Towns Resort... We were provided $100 to go to a gathering to ensure that we're able to have our 'operator choices' told us. The 'salesman' went us about for around a half hour, subsequently got us to his workplace and described why we had a need to purchase another holiday week. After informing him many times that people could not afford to purchase another week, particularly if Silverleaf wasn't likely to provide ALL OF US PROBLEMS (Unlimited Escape AND zero maintenance costs) that people presently enjoy with this present week, he quit for around fifteen minutes. He delivered together with his chef, who had been the 'cash guy.' This guy invested another time attempting to pose our am and cajole people into purchasing another week. We informed him 'NO' many times. He then quit for around fifteen minutes and returned with 'really a great deal' with XXX bucks along and XXX bucks per month. He then attempted to obtain us to market our Presidential week and purchase two REDDISH months. After informing and trying to explain to him why we could not afford to pay for anymore than what we were spending, he ultimately 'launched' us.

We used a lot more than two hours for this (originally) 'short' update on operator choices. The salesman and his chef appeared to be really dissatisfied (ashamed?) in us because we did not purchase the 'great' offers these were providing. They appeared to try to waste us since we could not afford to purchase anymore.

I believe that is their key... Attempting to disgrace homeowners into purchasing extra months even when the homeowners couldn't manage a or extra monthly obligations. Their outrage and disapproval of our disappointment to manage to purchase more months/home was almost funny.

AND, this is the SOLUTION to defeating these sellers and their employers.

(1) let them know as you are able to NOT manage to pay for extra deposit.

(2) let them know as you are able to NOT manage extra mortgage funds.

(3) let them know you want Unlimited Escape... When they declare it isn't accessible, let them know this is just a dealbreaker.

(4) let them know you want ZERO MAINTENANCE FEES.

IF Silverleaf wont provide you with Countless Escape and ZERO MAINTENANCE COSTS, let them know, "NO OPTION!"... And LEAVE.
