John Nels Peterson and his different criminals cheated thousands or a large number of people in loans by promoting sub prime loans and never revealing the tips of the mortgage terms.
In May:
He didn't reveal in my experience that used to donot be eligible for a 30yr mortgage.
He didn't reveal prepayment fines for early refi.
He didn't reveal the loan was a 40yr, interest-only, negative amortization design mortgage.
He fudged the figures to create it seem like my revenue/belongings were more than I really had.
But Mark and his taking thieves in the recently renamed Terra Fund in Eastlake section of Chula Vista, California stuffed up store once all of the records began to go south. Lots of people dropped anything and he was nowhere to be viewed. He created his $11k from me and many more.
