Non-payment of rent

My wife and I own a property in The Villages, Florida. We had a 3yr contract with First Village Rentals. They owe us rental income for February and March ($4,000). They will not answer their phone and have not replied to our e-mails.

We are in the process of filing an complaint with the FL Dept of Business and Profesional Regulation. I suspect that we are one of many victims of this company
