Burns Longterm Rental hasbeen very hard to work well with previous 2.5 years. We've hired two sequential houses through their company. We usually settled promptly and required great satisfaction and take care of the houses that people hired.

Within our first house we were billed (from our deposit) for all phony products. An improvement, we were requested to cover a machine and dryer repair. 2 yrs afterwards we were reimburesed for this eronious cost.

June the AC system smashed. It got the dog owner 24 times to displace the 12-year old device. It had been within the large 90is for some of these evenings so we'd to consider our household to some resort for convenience. We questioned what type of compensation we'd receive for this inconvience we were informed "nothing" We weren't seeking resort reimburement easy a discount in lease or various other monitary compensation.
